Refund Policy

The Health Mindset Programme has a 30 day refund policy for all payment plans.

This means you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of joining the programme.

Refunds are processed by Teachable and are returned using the original method of payment. Refunds cannot be issued to alternative payment methods.

No refunds are given outside of the first 30 days time period.

If you are subscribed to a monthly payment plan, you can cancel your monthly membership at at time.

Access to the programme (including the associated Facebook group) will be revoked immediately upon cancellation.
